Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of Ghanaian striker Mudasiru Salifu in the ongoing transfer window, Footballghana.com can report.
Salifu penned a two-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors after passing his mandatory and completing the formalities.
“It’s true that I have joined Asante Kotoko. Asante Kotoko is the club every player will wish to wear their Jersey,” Salifu told Fox FM
“I here to help the club to achieve its aims and also push my football career to the highest peak”
He becomes the 12th signing of the Porcupine Warriors in this transfer window as they gear up for their CAF Champions League campaign.
Salifu has previously played for Tunisian club CS Sfaxien and Tanda FC of Ivory Coast.
He trained with Kjetil Zachariassen’s side at the Adako Jachie training complex earlier today.
Asante Kotoko are currently preparing ahead of their CAF Champions League preliminary game with Kano Pillars next month.
